(Seguin) — The latest U.S. Census population estimates, released on May 15, 2025, highlight another year of exceptional growth for the city of Seguin, Texas. As of July 1, 2024, Seguin’s population is estimated at 38,789, representing a 7.4 percent increase from the previous year. Seguin’s strong population growth places it among the Top 30 Fastest-Growing Cities in the United States (on a percentage basis) for communities with populations of 20,000 or more in 2023.
